VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
She was born in Konya in 1971. She graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of English Medicine in 1996 and completed her specialisation at Haseki Training and Research Hospital, Department of Internal Medicine. After working as an internal medicine specialist at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital for a while, she completed her specialisation in gastroenterology at the same hospital and received the title of specialist in gastroenterology in 2007.
She has been working as a gastroenterology specialist at Acıbadem Health Group hospitals since 2009 and as a lecturer at Acıbadem University Faculty of Medicine since 2012. Özdal Ersoy has been particularly interested in anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and pelvic floor (pelvic pain, sexual and urological dysfunction, etc.) problems for the past 10 years. She is the head of the pelvic floor health unit at the hospital where she works.
She completed the Biointegrative Breath Therapist and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist trainings organised in cooperation with Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy and Gedik University. In 2022, she completed her Wellbeing Specialist training at Gedik University and received the title of “Wellbeing Coach”.
Dr Ersoy is currently actively working as a specialist in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at Istanbul Acıbadem University Atakent Hospital. Dr Özdal Ersoy is married with 2 children.
